1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnson Limited and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.

2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes.

4. The Promotion entitles participants who enter at www.compeed.co.uk by midnight on August 30, 2011 (the “Closing Date”) to be automatically entered for the chance to win both::

i. the first prize of one 3-night trip to New York for two people. The prize consists of return economy flights from London Gatwick or London Heathrow. The flight airline and flight times will be dictated by the Promoter’s discretion. Travel to and from the airport from a UK address and travel to and from the hotel in New York to the airport are included within the prize , 3-nights room only accommodation at a 4 * hotel in New York, £1,000 spending money (sent to the winner in the form of a cheque) and a personal shopping consultation at Bloomingdales for both the winner and guest. The trip must be taken by December 30, 2011 and certain date exclusions will apply, including but not limited to Christmas and public holidays. All other dates and all details are offered on a subject to availability basis. Terms and conditions from the airline carrier will apply. The winner and guest must have documents valid for travel for the departure and return dates and six months thereafter. It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to arrange suitable travel and health insurance as neither are included in the prize; and

ii. One of 12 weekly prize draws each consisting of £250 Arcadia gift vouchers (Arcadia terms and conditions may apply). Each weekly winner will be drawn from entries received during the week prior to selection. The first prize draw will close at midnight on June 14, 2011 . All entries (excluding the winners of the weekly prize draws) will also be included in the draw for the major prize.

5. All winners will be drawn under independent supervision and notified by email within 3 days of the relevant draw. The relevant draw for the New York prize will take place on [August 31, 2011]. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the relevant draw, the promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.

6. The promoter’s decision is final. Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available from the promoter on written request. 7. The Promoter retains the right to enforce restrictions on attempts to enter more times than they should via various means.

8. Bulk, forced or scripted entries prohibited. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries. In this event, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

9. Entrants must not attempt to enter / win the promotion by using friends or other family members e-mail addresses and registration details as their own to gain multiple entries into the competition.

10. Attempts to enter more times than specified will result in the relevant account being frozen. Repeated frozen accounts will be seen as fraudulent attempts to hack into the website or undermine the promotions’ integrity and will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your account pending and during investigation and your account may be deleted if we are concerned for the Website’s security and the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision to freeze and/or delete any account is final.

11. That person will also be banned from any future participation in marketing offers from the Promoter.

12. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize(s) to be awarded. J&J are not liable for trips that are cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather or airline disputes..In the instance that the trip is cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather or airline disputes, the trip will be rescheduled for the next available opportunity.

13. The promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.

14. Prize winners may be required to provide proof of ID, such as a valid passport, driving licence or current utility bill and will be subject to a verification process to ensure they comply with the Terms and Conditions and ensure legal entry to the promotion.

15. All winners of major prizes will agree to participate in any reasonable unpaid publicity that may be required. Winner’s names will be published on the www.compeed.co.uk website, in our COMPEED® emails and in various other print media, after the closing date.

16. Details of participants and winners shall be retained by the promoter for the purpose of the Promotion only. Participants may withdraw their consent to the retention of such data at any time by declaring such withdrawal to the promoter. At the Promoter’s discretion, another prize of equivalent or greater value may be substituted if in all reasonable circumstances the Promoter is unable to off the intended prize.

17. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
